The specialty is "Tonchan."

Fresh pork innards are delivered daily and carefully prepared one by one by staff who have trained at the Kuwana main store.
It is seasoned with Kuwana Honten's special miso, salt, and sauce, making it a delicacy that is hard to find in Bangkok.

The popular menu item "Horsepower Garlic Skirt Steak" uses a generous amount of raw garlic.
We do not use any commercial grated garlic, only raw garlic.
This is why Buta no Michi is so particular about the delicious flavor that is created.

Another thing we are proud of is our Sapporo draft beer, served in ice-cold mugs.
